When you join the Academy of Inner Wisdom, you're entering a respectful, supportive, and spiritual learning space. These key points explain how we work together to create a great experience for everyone.

1. Use the site responsibly

Don’t share your password, post anything inappropriate, or disrupt other learners. Be kind and respectful in all community areas.

2. Your personal info is safe

We only collect what we need to help you learn (like your name, progress, and email). We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Your course access

You get access to the courses you register for. All courses are self-paced and must be completed within 12 months. When you finish a course, you receive a certificate and a badge denoting your qualification, for posting on social media.

You may request a full refund within 4 days of enrolling, as long as you haven’t started the course. After that, refunds are considered case-by-case. You can also request a course transfer within 4 days of signing up.

4. No medical advice

Our content is spiritual and educational — not medical. Please don’t treat anything here as a substitute for professional advice.

5. Content belongs to AIW

All videos, lessons, PDFs, and other materials belong to the Academy. You’re welcome to use them for your own learning, but not to copy, sell, or share them without permission.

6. We use safe tools (including AI)

In some courses, we use AI tools to enhance learning. These tools may analyze your questions or responses to help you learn. We don’t use them to track you or market to you.

7. We may update things

Sometimes our policies change. If they do, we’ll let you know on the site or by email.

8. Respect others in the community

Be kind. Don’t post anything hateful, harmful, or offensive in discussion areas, chat rooms, or messages.

1. Definitions

“Academy of Inner Wisdom” or “AIW” refers to the entity providing online learning services through the websites and Moodle-based courses.
“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the websites or services.
“Services” refers to the educational courses, content, tools, and related offerings provided through the AIW platform.
“Websites” includes all associated domains operated by AIW for its educational purposes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our websites and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This forms a binding legal agreement between you and the Academy of Inner Wisdom.

3. Privacy and Data Use

5. Course Access and Use

Learners are granted access to the courses they register for. All courses are self-paced and must be completed within 12 months of enrollment. Upon completion, learners receive a certificate of completion and a digital badge which may be shared on social media platforms.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully while using our websites and participating in our learning community. Any form of hate speech, harassment, spamming, or intellectual property violations may result in suspension or removal from the Academy.

7. Refunds, Withdrawals, and Transfers

1. Course or program access begins once full payment is received and enrollment is complete.
2. You may withdraw within 4 days of payment and receive a full refund, provided no course materials or activities have been accessed.
3. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the official withdrawal date, and returned to the original payment method.
4. If a student or the Academy is unable to continue with a program after the refund window, each situation will be evaluated individually to determine an appropriate refund.
5. Students who do not formally withdraw will be considered enrolled, regardless of course activity.
6. Within 4 days of enrollment, students may transfer to another program. Fees will be adjusted as needed.

8. Disclaimers

AIW's content is for educational and spiritual purposes only. It is not medical or psychological advice. Always consult appropriate professionals for health or legal matters.

9. System Access and Availability

We aim to keep the websites available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

10. Links and Third-Party Services

We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites. Please review their policies before use.

11. Indemnification
